Meet Our Team
Bobbi Jean Geosling,
Founder / Executive Director
Bobbi Jean Geosling is a Bible teacher and ministry leader who is passionate about fostering biblical literacy and intergenerational discipleship in the local church. With experience serving as the Women’s Ministry Coordinator at Delta Church, she holds a Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction and has spent two decades teaching the Bible in various contexts. Believing that discipleship is multidirectional, Bobbi Jean launched Middle Women Ministries in 2026 to act as a "spiritual trellis"—equipping women to encourage those behind them while emulating those ahead. She envisions a community where women link together to spur one another upward in grace.
Bobbi Jean lives in the Springfield, IL area with her husband, Ray, and their two daughters. For fun, she enjoys birdwatching, reading, and cheering for the Chicago Bears!
Hannah Radford, Assistant Director
Hannah Radford is a passionate educator, lifelong learner, and dedicated home-schooling mother of two. With a background in high school English education, she has imparted knowledge and inspired countless students throughout her teaching career. Now, while she cherishes her role as a full-time mom, her love for learning and teaching remains undiminished. Today, she continues to make an impact by sharing her insights and experiences in her local church women’s ministry and also at MWM, where she merges her rich educational background with real-life lessons from motherhood.
Hannah lives near Springfield, IL with her husband Dave and their son and daughter. She enjoys reading, traveling, and working on home DIY projects.
Corie Decker,
Creative Arts Director
We are thrilled to have Corie Decker taking the lead on graphic design for Middle Women Ministries, as well as lifting her voice in the worship band for our conferences!
Bringing an extensive background in art education, Corie approaches her work with the beautiful conviction that she lives out her creativity as a reflection of the creative God she serves. Alongside her design work, she regularly uses her musical gifts in the worship band at Delta Church.
Corie is deeply rooted in her family and faith. She is a wife to Josiah, a mother, grandmother, foster mom, and the busy mom of two small dogs. Whether she is passionately advocating for her children, prioritizing prayer, or serving her community, her heart for others shines through. For fun, Corie loves hunting for thrifted finds and creating art. Anchored by a deep love for God’s Word and women’s ministry, Corie is an incredible blessing to our community.
